Bad Company(the first one) was not that good of a game. Its destructible environments and sound were all I was impressed with. Lack of game modes, lack of maps, lack of weaponry, and the stupid squad system all hurt it IMO. Not being able to customize your loadouts, attachments makes for a less appealing MP as well.

CoD has great maps, great perk system, large list of game modes, weapons, customization, rank/challenges. All are things that keep me coming back to CoD.

Single player... Well, CoD takes the cake without a fight. Battlefield has never had a legitimate campaign mode.

Well they've stepped up from BFBC 1.
You can customize your load out.
Customize weapons and vehicles like Scopes for guns and stronger armour for tanks
Even bigger maps.
More Vehicles.
2 More Game Modes.
More Ranks
More Upgrades
More Awards/Challenges (1 Had 120 of them already)
Better Sounds
Graphics (Which MW2 should have since its plain eg no destruction)

I enjoyed Bad Company much more than the likes of COD.
