What Speed Should I Burn My Xbox 360 Backups

What speed should i burn my xbox 360 backups on. I have burnt Need For Speed Carbon and Fight Night Round 3 using CloneCd at 2-2.4x. I have a slower speed that is 1x should i burn it on that speed? Both games i burnt work fine although Fight Night lags a little when going through menu but gameplay is not affected. Anyone know what the right speed is?

U SHOULD BURN IT HALF THE SPEED WHAT THE DVD IS (example: Blank dvd 16x/ Burn @ 8x)

Nah thats not right. Xbox 360 cant read dual layer dvd's that quick.

If you burn a dvd at 8x it doesn't have to be read at 8x, but sorry I can't help you with what speed to do it at. Unless time's a problem, I'd do it on maybe the slowest or 2x just to make sure nothing can happen
