Slept On Album...
Dunno If it's actually slept on or underrated but I was listening to Bis' For Whom The Beat Tolls...First time I did for almost 2 years and I have to say shit is dope. Prolly my favorite Canibis album, yes better then Rip The Jacker. Production is surprisingly pretty decent and he just goes hard lyrically. Poet Laureate Infinity>>>>...I suggest another listen if you disagree.

I heard 2000 B.C. a little while back. I thought that was dope also, but I don't listen to that or anything by Canibus a lot. Canibus has the problem that he is a very talented emcee without being appealing. He makes no attempt at rapping about socially recognizable situations or showing a little diversity in his lyrics. Plus his delivery almost never changes. I always have to be in a very unique mood to like his music.

ive listened to every Bis album multiple times and the only ones I ever find enjoyable are 'Rip the Jacker' and ' Mic Club: The Curriculum'
other then that his other albums are either average or far below, each usually having a few dope cuts but nothing over the top. p.s. this comes out the 7th, pretty excited for it

Latest album was decent. 2000 BC, RTJ, MC: TC, C-I-B, were all better. 'Bis is a top ten emcee though.
