This is the best hip-hop album out this year so far, this album is what I would call nearly flawless. The production is blazing from start to finish, and because It's handled solely by MP it's very cohesive, flows together quite nicely. Torae rips it as ussual, but one track in particular is what I consider the concept track of the year so far, "Word Play". Not a single bad guest spot, definetely worth a listen and even coppin', don't sleep.

^thats a bit too much...i skimmed the album yesterday and its very different and i liked it....i dont want to say its the best album sooo far....but its got bangers and some sleepers...its a good release

i will probably listen to its entirety in couple of months <----useless post

lifetime track is fuckin good

^to be honest, i dont have an album of the year and i havent really kept up wit the year 2009......i dunno.....i can tell u my favorites

ugk - 4 life..........thats a tight album to listen to and also the cunninlynguists new joint is good too.....

reason why i say double barrel aint album of the year....cause it just doesnt feel like it; it had the potential, but when i skimmed it, it seemed dull in some traccs.....but we all have our own opinions.....i could be wrong in a month when i actually check it out
