Went to an Illogic show last night

Doors opened right at 9:30, all the mc's where there kicking it, I walked but Illogic and this muh fucka looked mean as shit, to the point where I just kept it moving, said fuck it i'll talk to him later lol. Its weird, you know how Lil Jon's eyes look? like they're REALLY bugged out and popping out his head and go in two different directions? well yeah that was Ill too. Anyways copped his new album along with Zero Star's joint and went to the stage.

Coolzey and Bru Lei opened it up, that were dope and had lots of energy, beats banged hard and the lyrics were fun, Bru Lei finished the set by brining all the single girls up on stage and doing a freesyle about em, not too bad off the top. Next was Zero Star, who honestly at first looked kinda iffy about being on stage, he kept smiling and looked embarrassed. As soon as the music hit though he was all over it and just ripping it, halfway through his set he stops to tell us this story about hot fucked up Kansas City is...

"me and my dudes were doing a show in Kansas a few days ago, we checked in to our hotel and were dog tired, first thing we notice though is there is a fucking toe nail on out bed, we dismiss it though and just collapse to get some sleep. In the morning we get up and pull back the sheets to make sure we aint leave anything and we find a used, bloody tampon....nice"

after that he rocks a little more then gives the stage to Ill. Illogic comes up and starts his set off with some spoken word shit, very nice, he thens go's in to some classics from all his albums and kills it with lots of energy and damn near perfectly spitting his shit, which if you listen to Illogic you know its a lot of shit to spit without running out of breath, near the end he did this fucking epic song and was spitting for like 8minutes, EVERYONE just fucking vibed out and got lost in it until he reached the end to finish, the whole club blew the fuck up after that.

After the show I decided it was time to get some of my shit signed but couldnt find Ill, giving up I decided to head out only to find him standing out front by himself, smoking a square. I told him peace and that the show was Ill(no pun) and wanted to know if he would sign my Celestial Clockwork album, he did and we talked for a second, he was actually really nice, very cool and down to earth, after that I split.

Now if you just skip to the end here's the two most important parts, go see Ill, his show is dope. and I just looked on amazon and Celestial Clockwork is going for $150, he had mad copy's at his show so if you see him snatch up a few and flip em for a nice chunk of change.
