Props to Grandmaster G for the idea.. I couldn't pick 5, but I picked about 30...

I tried not to pick too many from one artist, but I also didn't put a huge amount of thought into it so I'm sure I forgot some important ones.. For some reason I didn't pick any Zion I tracks which just doesn't seem right but here it is anyway...

like i said, i didn't put a huge amount of thought into it.. i went with the ones i thought of first. definitely would've put masta ace- beautiful on the list now that you mention it.

probly should've been some pep love- pacific heights.. sean price doesn't really do much for me.. i like him better as a feature rather than a solo artist... not sayin he's not talented, i just never was that into him. gang starr has only dropped i think one real album in the past 10 years so they weren't really considered.

all these tracks are just personal favorites of mine, never said i wasn't biased

yeah rapsody i like your list, but ur list is a bit too west coast for my taste (even though we know your a big fan of aceyalone and them fellowship nerds), i aint fronting though

i cant believe u said method man and lauryen hill's track; i think the track is dope, but i didnt think it was GREAT enough to be up wit the best tracks

and i also agree wit ill, u left a pretty good amount, but nonethless its dope...props on the response!

shit, it was hard enough to cover all my bases as it was just goin off mainly my favorite artists.. of course i have already thought of a shitload of tracks i would've liked to include.. but it's damn near impossible lmfao.. why u think no one else has responded?

and of course i have a westcoast bias cuz westcoast emcees >>>>>>>>>>>>

the method man track just has a great vibe to it.. it's one of those personal favorites that just fits my taste. i'm sure just about anyone's list would have some tracks that i'd think would be dope but not great.

Lose Yourself & Stan are both so dope because Eminem's bringing emotions. He used to do the same with his anger. Now, I feel, he's disconnected from what he's spitting and is kind just trying to get a laugh or make money or w/e. There's probably gonna be 3 tracks on his new shit with emotion that will be his best, just like on encore.

I think I just threw up some of mom's spaghetti at the prospect that lose yourself is superior to any of the tracks i listed..

not that it's not a good song because it is.. but it also seemed contrived for a movie, not out of real emotions.. just my opinion though.

i'll take Beautiful, Right Now, I Never Knew or The Stand over Lose Yourself anyday... that's just me though.
