12/31/07 - tragedy khadafi...an inmate?

We just got word that Percy Chapman, aka Tragedy Khadafi, turned himself in to authorities and has begun serving his 4 year prison bid this past Thursday. Khadafi was arrested earlier this year on criminal charges of selling a controlled substance. It looks like as of now, there’s no way he will be home any sooner than 2011. Keep your head up Tragedy. Anyway, If you want to send him any mail here is the addy:
