buwhahahaah... I was about to post and say I used to live 5 mins away from the first theater mentioned.
I might go check this shit out... but the movie tickets at that theater are overpriced like a cheap hooker.

I'm definitely gonna be going to the one on Haight. SF is only about a 45 minute drive so it's not too bad. I'll go cop some kicks while I'm on Haight and finish the night off with the movie
