i think hip hop is dead woulda been 10 times better if nas didnt sign to def jam and premo produced the album like originally planned, but nah, nas wanted to get more light on his name and sell more records so he did what he did. personally i think this album kind of sucks.

infact, streets disciple > hip hop is dead.

there were only about 3 good tracks i liked on this album. ive only givin it one listen through so who knows, but i usually know when an album sucks even off the first listen.

and i aint a hater, nas is dope. he just isnt on here.

i thought the album was dope as hell, but i know some beats are a bit off a let down espeically when nas kills it on every track

there shouldve been a few preemo beats on here, i mean there was what 3 will.i.am beats ? that means there shouldve been like 5 preemo !

i think preemo is workin on an album with Bis now though, and i dont mind that at all !

after fully listening to it. the album is good, no more no less. not a great album and certainly not a bad one neither... and i'ma keep it at that

the production was great compared to what Nas usually gets (from his last couple albums)

in reality, there was never going to be a full Nas/Premo album, it was all talk, but he def. could have used a couple premo joints to kcik off the album

in that interview i just read Nas said when they was about to do somethin they never got it done cuz it was too many ppl in the studio so they jus sat and chilled n shit.

I agree, its nothing over the top but it aint bad, kinda average. I really wish Premo would have laced a few tracks though, it might have bumped this album up a few notches.
