Too Much Business talk in rap music today.

Rap fans are way too focused on the business of hip hop and not the music. It seems like every interview i read is about the business of switching labels, how much a rapper makes per cd, tour money, publishing. shit is bullshit. When i hang around other people that don't listen to rap, no one talks about how much Toby Keith sold or how much Kenney Chesney gets from his tours. No one gives a shit, they just care about the music. All my friends say how much did Ludacris sell this week? Or you think DMX will reach platinum? or Game is real or fake, is 50 Cent a snitch, flop or platunum, etc. It seems like the last thing is the music. I could care less on how much a rapper is caked up or what the new label transition is like. Lets get to the music. Yall will probably give me some bullsh*t reason why i should care, but i'm speaking my mind holla.
