Finale - A Pipe Dream and A Promise
 If you're not familiar with Finale, he is a cat repping from Detroit, Michigan. He already has a few EPs under his belt, but this album is the first i've heard of Finale. I peep his album last week with no emotion, after seeing it spoken about in a few places. His albums is very interesting – the productions is golden and each track feels distinct, but they still come together well. The album’s highlights include opener “Arrival & Departure”, “Motor Music”, and “The Waiting Game”. His flow sometimes reminds me of 50 Cent in his Power of the Dollar days; that's more of a positive than a negitive, despite how you feel about 50 Cent. A Pipe Dream and A Promise is definitely a well-executed debut album. Do not let this one fly under your radar, it's the best album in '09 so far. 4.75/5 Code:
