it differs, i usually just throw on shuffle mode on MP3 and flick til i get something suitable, it wastes a lot of time though cus whenever one song is over its like *put down weights ... serach for other song ... find song ... lift for a while ... repeat* it sometimes tends to lean more towards Rock actually, i dont mind a bit of Metillica - Seek & Destroy or Enter Sandman or Pantera - Cowboyws From Hell & Art Of Shredding when im liftin
