it easy...open the animation tool and add filter>ender>len flare and click duplicate and save it as a web and adjust the quality AND there.

animation tool > then open like 4 frames > go to 2nd, 3rd and 4th frame and makeit invisible in that frames > got to 1st frame rectangular tool and select the whole picture > then ctrl +c > got to 2nd, 3rd and 4th frame > ctrl + v each time > then go to each frame and place ur brush
