Does Anyone Know How I can Take a Snap shot of my desk-top with photoshop 7. I have done this with Paint shop.

I would like to take a snap shot of what I'm doing on my comp for a tutorial. how Can I take a snap shot like the image below wit my7 ps7. I'll prop!!
