make a new layer, lower the opacity on it.

cut out the pic ya wanna lower opacity just like the 1st pic, then put it on overlay or lower the opacity

no 1st you make a duplicate layer of the render u want to be th background, then u use the lasso tool, select 20 px and cirlcle around the render ur using, the select inverse and delete, then lower the opacity until you get the results you want
