How the fuck do you expect a wide genre such as Hip-Hop to be unanimously decided by fans on who's the best? If you disagree so much, make your own list and say it how you think it is. with that said, really dope thread ATI. Something this section really needs. And also you got an undeniable talent for writing, so stick with that and hopefully you'll get far with it.
