Here is a statement from Rampage

"The UFC has done a lot for me but I think I have done more for them. The UFC bought WFA to get my contract & they saved my life, so I felt loyal to them. They pushed me into a fight with Chuck Liddel even when I clearly stated I wasn't ready to fight for the belt because the American fans didn't know me but I took the fight and didn't complain & after I won the American fans booed me for the first time which changed the way I saw them & it hurt me deeply.

Then before I can even get out of the cage they announced that I was fighting Dan Henderson without even asking me. After I beat Dan Henderson, I made history in becoming the first undisputed champion in MMA but was never even given the pride belt in the cage & I was never promoted as the undisputed champ. Later Anderson Silva was.

Then they had me coach TUF season 7 and fight Forrest and the fight was very controversial & normally when a fight is that close & controversial there is normally an instant replay. I can name a couple of instances. Instead they offered me the Vanderlei Silva fight which I gladly accepted even though I know it was a very risky fight for me to take because of all the drama that was happening to me at the time. I fought that fight with a jaw injury and then a couple weeks later Dana called me and asked me to fight Rashad. For the first time I said no, I didn't want to fight because it was such short notice & I wouldn't have had a long break between camp. Dana talked me into fighting Rashad anyway but Rashad refused the fight and so I had to fight Jardine as a favor to the UFC instead of getting my belt back (which wasn't even worth it to me financially).

Then I reinjured my jaw in the fight with Vanderlei & Jardine. Frank Mir gets hurt so they wanted to switch my fight from UFC 100 to the fight Frank couldn't make it to but I couldn't fight cause I needed jaw surgury. So they give Machida the fight against Rashad & they told me they want me to coach TUF season 10 against Rashad. That's why I wanted Rashad to win so bad but when Rashad got knocked out I told them I wanted to fight Machida for the belt but Dana told me if I coach TUF against Rashad that I could fight Machida afterwards cause this was a different type of ultimate fighter show they were doing. After I signed the contract Dana then changes his mind & says I have to fight Rashad & even told me what to say in the press & so my fans think I was scared to fight Machida. After all that I still never complained & I did it all.

Then this movie role came about that I have been trying to get for over a year & as soon as I found out I was close to getting it, I called Dana right away & asked to push the Memphis fight back just a month or so. I told him what this movie role meant to me. I told him that I used to bond with my father watching the tv show as a kid when my parents where still married & it represents the memories I had with my father when we lived together. My dad became an alcohalic & addicted to drugs & we grew apart. But after my dad got his life back together, I was so proud of my dad & I told him I would always take care of him in the future & make him proud of me. My dad & I are still very big fans of the show & I am basically doing this for the childhood memories I had spending time in front of the tv with my dad. Dana went on the internet & mocked me because of that & I still did nothing. Dana & I finally talked & we made up & then after that he went back on the internet & said some bullshit & he was talking bad about the movie when information is not even supposed to be released & talking about payments which is not even true could really hurt my future acting career, which could very well last longer than my fighting career. I'm not like Randy Couture. My body has been getting so many different injuries that I wont be able to fight until my forties & neither do I want to fight that long. So I feel like my second career could be in jeopardy.. so I'm done fighting. I've been getting negative reviews from the dumb ass fans that don't pay my bills or put my kids though college. So I'm hanging it up. I'm gonna miss all my loyal fans but hopefully they'll follow me to my new career & I will gain more loyal fans along the way. & all you hater fans out there can kiss my big black hairy ass! & anybody that don't like what I just said can come try to kick my ass!

I still feel the UFC is a great organization and I felt like I was very loyal to them but they didn't respect my loyalty but I wish the UFC the best. I did a lot of things for them. I wish no bad blood between us but I have kids & a family back in Memphis to provide for & thats all that matters to me!"

Yeah, Dana signed him from a small shitty WFA promotion, made him a superstar, made him millions of dollars, bailed him out of jail when he did that bullshit, stuck by his side, made him a coach on TUF to make him even more of a star.

Lets see, they do TUF 10 season, with Kimbo, the biggest season of TUF in history, set up Rampage vs Rashad, a huge rivalry between the two, with all the hype of the season and shit, the coaches fight at the end, they schedule the fight in Dec, right after the season ends, they do the fight in Memphis, Rampages hometown cause he wanted to fight in his hometown for years, and with all the hype around this season, the huge fight between him and Rashad, what does Rampage do?

He takes a movie, says he cant fight in Dec on the card in his hometown, after the UFC is spending millions on hyping this season and this fight in Memphis and he does this shit.

Biggest bitch move I've seen in the UFC, then he talking about UFC moved Hughes vs Serra, why did they do that? Maybe cause there was an injury, Hughes and serra werent doing a fucking movie. He screwed Dana and the UFC on this one, I dont get how he doesnt see this, everyone knows it, he screwed them for what, do play B.A. in the A Team? What a bitch.

UFC made him a star, paid him millions, put him on this season as a coach to make him even bigger,bailed him out of jail, stuck by him when he had all those legal problems, hyped this season so much, made the fight in his hometown and he backed out to do a movie, yeah Dana is a real dick.

Rampage is one of the best fighters in the UFC and I would pay money to see him fight Rashad Evans, but I guess it won't happen. Oh well...

I'm not sure if Rampage will be in the UFC again, but I know he'll fight again somewhere. That's after the Hollywood bug wears off. Believe me it will wear off very soon. As with Dana, yeah he does talk a lot of shit, sometimes too much shit, but that's his role if you look at it. He's just selling fights. He does do it well, but the thing between him and Rampage, I would like to see how it does play out.

I like to add that this movie role that he locked in for better be about the money because I know this movie will be ass anyway. He's just gonna play himself with a Mr. T. cut.

Reall MMA fans don't belive rampage did as much for the UFC as he said he did....but actually, he did.....just like they're using kinbo......so I mean rampage has a right 2 be mad.....but dana white does 2 because he was hella pushing this rashad rampage fight....

Sucks cuz I really wanted rashad to win...he needs to get that re match with lyoto machida....that's what I anna see.....I have rashad on my top 5....GSP,Anderson silva,rashad,thiago alves,machida....

They do alot of each other, but the fact is the UFC bought a fighting org called World Fighting Alliance back in 06 to gain the contract rights of Rampage, and I believe Machida was part of that deal as well, and Martin Kampmann, so thats a great deal.

But anyway, they make him a bigger star in the US, cause before he was in Pride and nobody knew him in the US, they made him a star, gave him a title shot with Chuck second UFC fight, he won, got him on TUf with Forrest, made him a bigger star.

UFC made him a star, and then they put him with Rashad on the biggest season of the TUF, Kimbo, Rashad/Rampage, set the fight in Dec after the season in Memphis, Rampages hometown cause he has been asking to fight in Memphis since he been in the UFC, so the UFC makes this Memphis event in Dec, after the TUF season with them headlining the event, and he has the nerve to want to push the fight back a few months for a movie? I mean are you fucking kidding me? Yeah, they have that date locked in for Dec 12 in Memphis, they cant push it back a month and still do it in Memphis. Then Page was talking about he couldnt fight till March. it went from Dec in Memphis to March, talk about all the hype from this TUF season would be lost if they waited that long.

Facts are facts, he can try and spin it any way he wants, he ducked Machida, everyone knows it, he took this shitty movie role and completely fucked the UFC who stuck by him when he was hitting people with his monster truck, and he fucks them like this? He was set to make a few mill with this fight, but he wants to do A Team like Dana said, the agents promised him he will do thsi movie for cheap then get millions for the sequel. its like, your a fight right? Not a fucking movie star. Man the fuck up and fight.

Its not even that he wanted to do this movie, guys can take a break, its when you do the biggest season of TUF as a coach, set a mega fight at the end in your hometown and then right before the show airs, you say I cant fight in Memphis in Dec cause i want to do a movie. How fucking stupid is this guy?
