Cliff lee to the phillies!!!!

The Philadelphia Phillies and Cleveland Indians agreed to a trade that would bring Cliff Lee to the NL East leaders along with outfielder Ben Francisco for four minor leaguers, according to major league sources.

Triple-A right-hander Carlos Carrasco, Class A righty Jason Knapp, catcher Lou Marson -- the likely heir apparent to Victor Martinez -- and shortstop Jason Donald will be sent to Cleveland.

The trade is pending physical exams.

You guys got 2 good pitchers in the martinez deal, masterson has pretty much proved he can pitch in the bigs, and hadagone was our number 1 pick a few years ago.

Its absurd when you trade a guy who wanted to be a Indian for life in Martinez, and not get exactly what you want from a team like Boston. They should of gotten exactly what the Blue Jays did with Halladay, play hardball with the other teams and don't fold for lesser players. Why in the hell did they not get the Phillies top prospect for a player like Lee? And it shows you how horrible Shapiro has done in drafting and minor league scouting that he has to aquire some 9 pitchers in the past few weeks.

Anytime you trade 3 all star players in consecutive seasons, 3 fan favorite players. Your going to lose the fan base more than Dolan and that jew Shapiro already have. You were 2 outs from a WS 2 years ago and your this bad now??? Someone needs to be fired and its the entire front office and take Dolan's old cheap ass out.

Are there any worse owners in pro sports than the Dolan's? They own the Knicks and the Cav's. Sell the team to Cav's owner Dan Gilbert.
