With Eminem fans around the world being worried for his health, after reports about a health scare a couple of weeks ago, 50 Cent speaks up. News had it that Eminem spent the holidays in Hospital because of pneumonia and hearts problems and also there were speculations about Eminem's weight stating he weights over 200 pounds.

50 Cent says: "I got a chance to see him a few weeks ago and people think he is in a worse state than he actually is."

Read in between the lines. 50 isn't exactly one to hold his tounge because when he speak it means press and this is a decent topic. He didn't deny the rumors either just said he isn't as bad the media says. That seems out of character for him to beat around the bush like that.

Isn't the man recovering from Pneumonia? It's going to take him a while. Christian Brando (Marlon Brando's son) died this past Saturday of Pneumonia. So I hope he is taking it easy.
