They are right. Break all connection with the girl, and I mean all. If she calls dont anwser, if she text you, erase it, if you see her on town, just walk by or go another way.
Then take a day or two too be for yourself, eat some chocolate and cry, whatever you want too do when you are by yourself.
Day three; call some friends and go out partying, hang with you friends as much as possible for a time up. There is one thing you got too remember, I guess by now you feel like you cant live without her. But remember you did it before you meet her and will again. People come and goes.

Lesson of all this is:
Dont build your life around your girl, dont neglecting your friends for a girl, that shit is just stupid. I have not read all your problems, but it looks like you lost your girl. And this is the best advice anyone can give you.
And for whatever you do take a lesson from this relationship, but dont stop meeting girls, that just idiotic. Nobody wants to be alone. Be with family and friends as much as you can so you dont think of your girl. Soon enough you will forget more about her, and you are starting too move on.

This is what I did when I lost my girl a year back. It was hard as hell, Im not going too lie about that. But you will move on as time pass.

And if you did not lost your girl, then this is advice too all you other dudes that did that.

She brung me the ring i bought her back to me today, saying going to college later today telling me its my fault, why i wasnt answering the phone cuz i was with some chick, but i wasnt i wasnt answers because she was putting me off on other females and when she left she gonna call me and say "oh yo number was in my phone"
