there is none. all the sites that tell you bad stuff happens are false and try to sell you herbal supplements. they make money off suckers. all those affects hydra posted above are common (i.e. not having a healthy diet leads to some of those effects a.k.a. 90% of America) and who the fuck doesn't get headaches? who doesn't sometimes forget things? ect.
