3g iPhone??

Okay well i was thinking about getting the 3g iphone fpr Christmas...SO I found this website iphonemama.com it has this chip that unlocks the phone...i was thinking about doing this...what do yall think?? oh yea and i have t-mobile

the iphone dev team has come out with a software unlock.....it will be released before the new year, you dont have to worry about these chips, the software unlock will take care of everything

Dont chip your phone, it can lead the screwed up sim cards.... And yes the dev-team has unlocked the 3g... This time its going to be different you will need a jailbroken 3G phone already to access the unlock from Cydia

i dont think thats the right thing for u to do although we dont know if what i think is true but i think that if you buy a new one the unlock they have won't work because it has to have a certain baseband for the unlock they will release to work and you can't downgrade basebands yet

Well i went up to the mall today and these Asian dudes who have their own booth said they can unlock 3g iPhones and they showed me one that they unlocked so yea would this be a better choice??

you have to look at how they did it because they could've just bought a sim unlock which is a sim that is modified to unlock the phone. But ethier way the dev team will find a way to unlock it but it will take time
