My rap style boils down to being aware of the chain

*don’t read this if you’re an ignorant narrow minded slave*

people on RA have noticed ive pretty much switched my style totally. I started out like most of you…rappin gangsta and all that shit but it doesn’t fit me, just like it fits none of you, so I decided to actually rap like myself, wich is a semi activist, what that is, is im not out there piketing but im aware. So im guna break somethin down real quik for you guys to understand.

Im guna start with a company like nike, they don’t own one factory in america to make their shoes(last I checked..couple years). Almost every pair of their shoes are made in indonesia with 14 year old girls working for 40 cents an hour and making about $5 a day…wich if working 7 days a week turn into $100 a month wich is then $1200 a year…that’s if they don’t get taxed.

Now what this does is eliminate thousands of potential american jobs…wich is SOOO needed right now considering poverty in working americans and working families of four has been rising for what seems like for ever(I don’t know the exact number but the last I checked it was 25% of working americans live in poverty)…now the nike company is setting a bad example right? Cuz when other companies who are greedy like nike see the nike profits they start drooling…so that leads to 10’s of thousands of layoffs in america so coperations can move factories to 3rd world countries and see the same profits….apparently a 6 billion dollar profit in 10 years in america isnt the same as an 8 billion dollar profit in indonesia.

Now for the bad part of the chain…these layoffs lead to the most ignored problems (politics wise)…with the layoffs things like spousal abuse, divorce and suicide continue to go up…some families turn to selling drugs..some families become homeless..which all in turn have very bad effects on children wich then corrupts them before they have a chance to decide their life.

this isnt even a ¼ of everything that is affected with a chain like this…and just think of how many chains there are like this…thinkin of things like this is what imspirs me to write the shit I write…this article isnt me bragging about style or content its just an explantation and a attempt to get you guys to think outside the box and maybe get involved…..
