find new motivation, listen to your fav rappers to get some new " hype ", another tip is set the bar abit lower, you might be trying to hard for some lyrics, simplify it abit then you will get back on track, it was a tip i learned at my music course.

yo man, just start playin emcees that have hella punches in there raps, it will motivate you, write along with um while the songs playin, even if its shit. after about 50 bars you should at least have come up with a couple in there even if there shit, then go back and re do them, make it sound better ya know?

just put in one of your favorite tracks n write to it. drop 50 bars, sum where in that 50 you should at least have a couple punches, if they suck just polish um up, re word um what ever. take those bars n put it in your 16.
