Becoming a mixtape DJ

What it do dudes?

I've been dj'ing for quite a while now, doin my thing on the decks, dancehall, old school, gangsta rap all that shit but now I'm thinking about becoming a mixtape dj.

Can someone explain to me how I can become a mixtape DJ and can I do so by just using a laptop?

I have a marketing plan, and I'll distribute the tapes for free...

I'm very well known in europe and I have ties to BWS Europe, DJ Tando Mat, DJ Czecki all them BWS dj's all that shit...

looks like your capable already , well known in europe aye, big statement lol, not any major differences from casual dj to mixtape dj, and depends what you want to do in regards to mixtape dj from your laptop. Mixtape dj is very simple lol

it depend what your trying to do. Like blend tapes, just remixes, I suggest you find a up and coming artist and go that route like whoo kid. Make parties and competitions to let people know of your skills and all that. Ask your connects too....

Just slap on some new songs on a CD
have a graphics artist do you a nice cover and sell it for $5 in the street or wherever your working.
there you have it, your a mixtape DJ.

If you want to be like DJ Drama or <insert famous DJ here>
you would have to get exclusives which I doubt you can get.
