anyways, i thought cloverfield was dope as fuck. the realistic feel, the way it was a normal persons point of view..i dunno, just was dope to me. what was the ending after the credits?...i left

Menace is on point. This wasn't a film, shit was a fucking experience. As far as monster movies go, this blows anything out the water that has came out the last 15 or so years...war of the worlds was dope but cloverfield >>> that.

I just seen this movie yesterday (along with Rambo, which was pretty dope) and if you followed along some of the marketing they did for the film or just tried to put yourself in their shoes (which ummm...was the whole POINT of the digital camera thing) then it shouldn't have been too difficult to comprehend.

The viral marketing they did for this pretty much explains the origins of the monster in pieces here and there but I can't expect everyone to have done that. I myself only fucked around with it after I seen the movie and this Abrams dude did an excellent job. Another thing I didn't know was that after the credits there is a radio transmission and a voice can be heard saying "help us".....since niggas stay bootlegging shit, someone was genius enough to take that transmission and play it backwards and when played it CLEARLY said "its still alive".......look it up on youtube...........in a good way: [beans] like.......who does that? [beans]

Who cares if you don't know where the damn monster came from? If I were in their shoes I'd only be wondering for a certain amount of time and then my next thoughts are on getting the fuck outta there. Fuck a backstory and all that other hogwash...the monster came outta nowhere, it's there now, its shitting out crabs that make people's heads explode with just a bite and it's gargantuan. You run for your life and find/wonder about those who are close to you. The camera shit didn't really bother me, but I was sitting in the back not up close like some heads say they did (those that complained about it).
