the only good managers they ever get are driven by the game & do what's neccessary to make a competitive team & gain revenue. They do what THEY feel needs to be done. Los Angeles wants to be able to politically control their teams...so that's a conflict...which is why they always get rid of good management for management that will just nod & do what they're told.
