New "Biter" Policy

Me and Thrillz agreed on this new policy for bitin:

-First time biters will suffer no actual punishment, aside from being mocked by fellow textcees, and the usual reprecussions.
-Second time biters will not be allowed to vote in battles
-Third time biters will not be allowed to battle at HHBoard at all.

This system will apply to biters in 2007 and beyond. For someone to be "convicted" you must provide a link of their bite, and the original source.

SOMEONE PLEAE PIN THIS.

On IHH you recieve an automatic lifetime ban if you bite, this is too soft.
