This is another gangster ass story with Homie Loco.Homie Loco grew up in Los Angeles County.Living in South Central was hard,his mom was on welfare,and he really was only a kid.Homie was attending Gage Middle School in the streets of Southern Central,On the block is where his homies where,and thats where they were gonna stay.Dedicated to the hustle and the cash that was coming in, So many drugs were distrubuted throughout this area.The FEDs did nothing but watch,DEA did a routine sweep and found nothing, There was nothing we could do,Until....We seen Homie Loco,Homie was always going into the buisness and coming out with kids,friends,his age.Until one day him and friends got into a fight and Homie had been gone for about 2 weeks.Then, Homie re-appears and this time comes out with a nervous look on his face.We recently investigated his phone log and most calls were made to that buisness company the last 2 weeks. I get out and follow Homie while pretending I'm on a phone, Homie starts to recognize me as he'd been looking back and see a black follow him in a suit for the last three blocks. Homie-breaks for the cut and i chased him into the alleys,sewer holes,garden gates, he dissapears into the wilderness in the south central back yards of homes.We had a kid,David Cortez to play undercover on Homie and get close to him nd try to get on the payroll.Him and David were hustling,getting lots of profit,david would bring the money to us and give it to us.We didn't move in yet because David didn't have time,plus 30% of the profit turned in was to the department for gun upgrades,vehicle upgrades etc.As the cuts were bigger and David didn't seem to tell Homie what he was doing with the money.Homie claimed he gets "bitches,greens,and 40's," and David says "idk".
In a day were Homie was high,he smoked so much,cleaning an 4 eighths of weed all day for 2 weeks straight.He invented "Bong Games",games were you can compete for weed,bongs or pieces anything. People would have to make up moves while they were high and use them in bong games and the vote was which applause off the highest crowd was louder. The Bong games was run't but Homie,his stepmom and his stepmoms cousin.His dad was locked up,but him and his stepmom were smoking together alot and they turned the cannibus club access to weed into a buisness, and the block was run't to the mom of the block which was Homies mom. One day Homie got so high he went to school at lunch and was so fucked up, he was seeing visions of him all in slow motion,girls being fine as fuck, as he approached his group he had a problem with one of the white boys, he confronted the white boy and beat him a good one.Than he had a bong in his hoodie pocket, He pulled it out and took hits while everyone stared,bitches went crazy,cops came, and oh yes he was strapped.He had got a hold of his dads gun,a "9mm Bereta", he pulls the gun at the cops, shoots at security, the 9 bullets were used on the cops and he had extra clips, so now he's in the corner of a class room with a bitch and a gun to her head to let him out, the have snipers ready to lock and he is aware of it so he just lets the girl go and shoots all over the cops and was sniped in the shoulder, lower arm. He was convicted for Assault,and had 10-20 years from Juve to Penitentery, as he became so bored in prison, he started doing work to get gifts like tv,cable,and cd player, or radio. He then got Xzibits 'Full Circle" on bootleg, he had other cds from Snoop Dogg,Dr.Dre,Mr.Capone-e,Florencia Gangsters, and 50 cent, 2 pac. Homie started to rap, but he wanted to bring something new, and Westcoast Lyricist with an New York State of Mind. He studied Nas,Jadakiss, Jay Z, Notorious B.I.G, Rakim,Mobb Deep, new kids like Torae, Joe Budden, and punchline rappers like Lloyd Banks and Fabolous.He then started mixing his rhymes with a really gangster mentality.

People were feeling it,some though he needed work but others started to pass it. People that were getting out were passing the tapes on the streets and he generated a buzz from out of the cell. He then started to sell his mixtapes and shit to people for cigarettes, as the guards was tryng to do inside jobs but the word got in and they failed every time.

Homie was posted for bail of 300,000 nd his mom bailed him out. Homie got back to his thing as he won the trial and stayed on good behavior he got out only after 5 years, Because of the marijuana, Homie was on certain restrictions for 10 years, people investigated and if he ever smoked again he would get the chair. He began rapping like he did in prison gun clapping on the block,listening to 2pac. He got involved with the music and his buzz was already local and everyone loved him when he came home. Until he started smoking and the feds were after him again. Homie had a meeting with Koch Records and his buzz was westcoast, but in the end he had got caught by the cops and they ambushed him but he managed to escape, with 45 -75 shots.


April 23,2032-
Homie ran off and was never seen again and no one cared to know what happened to "That boy from South Central". If he survived, he would be 42 right now and he'd be hiding, but we slighty doubt that he is alive, if he is, he was nothing but a new Scarface,Carlito,Al Capone,but he was Homie Loco.
