Unregistering iPod Touch??

I just bout a new ipod touch and i'm selling my old one to my friend. Does anybody know how to unregister an ipod touch, because i have the application thing on this old one and i don't want him to buy shit without asking because that goes on my credit card. Thanks

*****Nevermind, I fixed the problem on my own*****. I'll type it out just incase anybody is having the same difficulties.

The may seem dumb and easy, but it really is.

1. Plug in your iPod (in my case it was an ipod touch)
2. Sign in to itunes or if you already are that's fine
3. Sign out of itunes
4. When you go to purchase an app from the app store on your ipod touch a screen will pop up asking "Enter Account Information: Username & Password"
5. Problem fixed, now the person I'm selling it to can't purchase non-free apps and they have to start their own account

Nevermind, I fixed the problem on my own. I'll type it out just incase anybody is having the same difficulties.

3. Sign out of itunes
4. When you go to purchase an app from the app store on your ipod touch a screen will pop up asking "Enter Account Information: Username & Password"
5. Problem fixed, now the person I'm selling it to can't purchase non-free apps and they have to start their own account
