Who got dat SanDisk Sansa View video ipod (16GB)?
 I got the 16 gig shit...been had it for like 2 years All the sudden my comp aint reading the disk no more It says ''error cannot read device" or sum shit anythin i can do?

What you can do is either call technical support: U.S.: 1-866-SANDISK (726-3475) or Worldwide: . OR Firmware Upgrade SanDisk occasionally releases firmware updates, which includes bug fixes and performance enhancements. To make sure your Sansa e200 series player has the latest firmware, please visit and follow the instructions. Please execute the following steps to install Sansa Updater utility. If Sansa Updater is already installed in your computer, skip to the Sansa Firmware Updater Installation session. Sansa Updater Software Installation procedure: 1) Download the Sansa Firmware Updater from SanDisk website. () 2) Click Download Sansa Firmware Updater. 3) Follow the onscreen instructions. Sansa Firmware Update Procedure: Sansa_e200_UserManual.doc 9 1) Turn on your Sansa player. 2) Change the USB Mode to MSC (Settings/USB Mode) 3) Connect your Sansa e200 to the computer. 4) Choose Take no action on initial connection to the computer. 5) A Sansa Updater dialog box will appear at the lower right corner of your computer monitor when new updates are available. 6) Click More Info. 7) Follow the on-screen instruction. yea but
when i proceed through the sansa updater it still asks me to wait until ur device is recognized by windows and i cant get it to be recognized props tho props
