if i hack it and it breaks and i need to take it to best buy or the apple store to get my rebate will they not take it cus i hacked it
and if they do is there a way to put ur ipod back to normal so they dont no it ever happened

and will it take any of my 8GB

Well, its really hard to brake a touch using installer... but if you do brake it you can try to reset to factory settings in iTunes. And no, theres no hacc where wifi isnt need to access the net...

its so easy just watch ipodtouchmaster's videos theyre a lotta help and if u wanna jailbreak dont update ur ipod to 1.1.3
