News 50 Cent Offers Charles Hamilton Career Advice, "He's Lucky He Ain't Hit Her Back"

50 Cent recently spoke on the success of Soulja Boy Tell Em, while reacting to Charles Hamilton's now infamous video tape wherein Hamilton takes one on the chin from his girlfriend.

In addition to co-signing Soulja Boy, Fif applauded Hamilton for not striking his girlfriend in a video which landed online last month.

"At the end of the day, knowing that you have that hit record at 16 is gonna change his mother's house, put his mom in a new house, make Christmas different for his sister and kids that look up to him," Fif explained. "He hotter than half them n*ggas down there to me. He got commercial, hit records...He was beefing with Charles Hamilton, I seen a girl knock this n*gga the f*ck out...He lucky he ain't hit her back. He woulda hit her and got his a** beat. They woulda put that n*gga through the meat grinder. You don't [come back from that.] You say, 'Look, I'm a gentleman.' You play the gentleman role after that because if he would have hit dude's daughter, n*ggas woulda, ah man." (Radio Planet TV)

The publicized fight took place late last month.

Hamilton has also been known to go at Soulja Boy in interviews.

"Inspirational hip-hop music, and nowadays it's gotten to the point where, n*gga, an inspirational hip-hop song is 'Turn My Swag On'," Hamilton said in an interview. "F*ck outta here n*gga, like that's the best you can do in the mainstream? No, I'm not trying to hear that. That's really not where I'm at. When I saw Coldplay and Jay-Z at the Grammy's, I was like that's just f*cking ridiculous. That's hot. What would have made it iller was if it was Jay-Z with like a younger band." (Hard Knock TV)

In addition to 50, Soulja Boy has also received praise from rap newcomer Drake.

"Soulja Boy is the smartest artist of our generation, I think period and I think out of anybody," Drake said in an interview earlier this month. "Whoever it is, whether it's him or his team or the people around him, whoever has the thoughts to do the things he does, is genius and I'm so happy for him." (YouTube)
