In prison you got have some peoples who really have nothing to lose so they'll fuck up everything they can.
I think when shit went down he had to report to his superioirs about what happened and then the inmates got punished. It was his job but he snitched.
So this shirt makes sense.

im not defending rick ross or nothin, jus when i was locked up there were c.o.s that didnt do shit but watch dvds on their computer callout lockdown, and shout when foods ready, shit if i had no priors i'd take that job pays good as fuck from what i heard
