Rap superstar Rick Ross' newest single I'm The Magnificent features R&B singer John Legend and is expected to hit the airwaves next week.

But the 33-year-old Miami native had other things to celebrate at his birthday bash on Wednesday night.

After spending dinner aboard a private yacht with family and close friends, Ross arrived at Karu & Y nightclub around 2 a.m. with an entourage that included hip-hop stars Flo Rida, Shorty Low, Ace Hood, DJ Khaled and NFL players Chad ''Ocho Cinco'' Johnson, Bryant McKinney and Roscoe Parrish.

Ross danced and rapped to his most popular songs in the packed VIP area.

But what was missing from the star-studded celebration? The rapper is flying solo, without a Valentine.

''No, I'm not with anyone right now, tonight it's just me and my homies,'' he said.

But still, things are looking up for the single dad (six-year-old daughter Toie was his dinner date at the yacht party)

His third album, Deeper Than Rap, is expected to hit stores this spring.

DJ Khaled, a longtime friend of the birthday boy, said fans should expect collaborations with some of hip-hop's elite including Nas, Akon, Mary J. Blige and Usher.

''I think it's going to be one of the biggest albums of the year,'' he said.

``This is the Rick Ross you haven't seen or heard and expect some surprises along the way.''

3. They have patrol cars to transport prisoners to the hospital, court, ect. They also patrol the grounds and can and do issue traffic summons.

5. They are under the law of the state "A Duly Sworn Officer Of The Law"

6. They have powers of arrest and if a Corrections Officer sees a crime and doesn't do something, he will go to jail. The reason they don't is because most are too worried about a law suit, so they just say fuck it.
