Kanye on reason behind 808 and Heartbreak
Kanye just had an interview with a radio station down here in Australia, I'll try to replicate his response best I can
"I don't care what everyone thinks cause after all I've been through in recent times is just...just shit...I don't know man I was on a real low where I had to choose between suicide and my music. Ultimately I chose to release an album and just live...i mean I made the right decision...and what would the public rather have...Me dead or the album?" To be honest I didn't feel the album at all but after hearing this I decided not to hate on the album and be neutral. Doubt he would lie about this shit cause its pretty serious... |

The album was good imo after I gave it like 3 listens all the way through I appreciated it. I hope he starts rapping again on his next 1 tho.

i didnt even mind the album, got a lil depressing at times after 3 or 4 listens but all in all its still an alright album.
