the last label he was on "Jive" tried to shelve his material so he left..

separate albums from mixtapes...mixtapes is just to lay down some shit to the people....album is a master piece....and this dude keeps throwin songs to download and mixtapes and shit....do a album....thats it... cuz dude a beast..he can spit....

Someone before said it, pap cant make hit records. He can spit a hot verse on a mixtape once an a while or shit like that, but to make a complete song, club track, chick track, radio track, a complete album, get radio play, video play, and sell some copies, he cant do that. He is looked at as a mixtape rapper, and thats why Jive aint put his shit out, he had a single by Storch, with Snoop on it, it did nothing, had that Busta joint produced by Dre, did nothing, had that single with Akon, did nothing. You have Akon, Dre, Storch, Busta and Snoop on singles and still cant do anything, no label is gonna put money into your shit, and with sales being so low, I think Koch is the only place where he will drop an album.

Exactly. Pap will never be a commercial rapper, or enjoy the commercial success of one, so it's time for him to accept that, and drop an album or Babygrande or Koch so he can start making money and dropping hot albums without any executive interference.

Papoose will never be a major album success because he is too lyrical lol hes too hot for these dudes, he spits fiyah and gully punchlines and makes hot gully street tracks. Most commercial on his own hes been is with Akon and that wasnt even a commercial track anyway!!!

Even his verse on Touch It Remix killed it! The guys too hot for the shelves to be honest but i want an album!!!!!
