News Eminem New Album is called 'Relapse', Plays New Freestyle (Show Link)

Eminem finally made a public appearance on Wednesday in New York for his "The Way I Am" Book Release Party. The guest attending included G-Unit, LL Cool J and Alchemist. During a live interview Eminem said his new album will be called "Relapse". Eminem is known for joking around and with Dr Dre's new album called "Detox," it's hard to know for sure if Slim Shady is f*cking with us. Either Interscope is about to drop the "Three Headed Monster" as 50 Cent calls it. With 50 releasing "Before I Self Destruct" on December 9th, then Eminem's "Relapse" in the first quarter of 09 and Dre's "Detox" soon after, Interscope will for sure dominate record sales.As we stated, the party was held for Eminem's new book, with it hitting stores on the 21st.

During the interview, Eminem said the majority of his album is produced by Dr. Dre. Eminem said he gave 50 Cent the idea for his BISD movie and they said Eminem confirmed to 50 Cent is on Relapse, and has production and features from Dr.Dre.

Do people actually like this freestyle? This is on some Eminem Just Lose It bullshit. Just cause its Eminem doesnt mean its good, there have been about 15 freestyles better than this in the past 2 months alone. Dont even try comparing it to real songs.

That would be Gza who dropped heat about 2 months ago actually. Whens the last tiem Em dropped heat? 2000? In fact whens the last time Em dropped a verse that wasnt god awful. 2004? Impressive. Em Show, 8 Mile, the Re Up, and Encore were all mediocre albums. Sure there were some good cuts, but there were also plenty of shitty ones. Last time he dropped a heat album was 2000. Point proven. And no, nothing he did on Re-Up was dope. His TI and 50 cent features were horrendous as well. And people who actually like rap and not pop bullshit know Gza is a much better MC. Its not even comparable. But I guess I shouldnt be telling this to someone who thinks 50 and Em are still good because there is no hope for you.

lol, Liquid Swords is better than any G-Unit, Shady, or Aftermath album. Ever. Ask anybody who knows shit about rap. And Gza has sold more records than anybody on G-Unit except 50. And he managed to do it without selling out and making pop bullshit.

No...Em has dropped a few hot songs on a few mediocre albums. How does that make him a dope MC. And that still doesnt change the fact that this freestyle blows. Liquid Swords>GRODT>Beneath The Surface>Legend of the Liquid Sword>POD>Pro Tools>Curtis>Massacre

Liquid Swords is one of the best albums of all time. I think GRODT is a classic, but not top 10 ever. Its not even close. Not to mention 50 has one other good album ever, Gza has 3 more. Case closed. Oh and Gza is part of Wu-Tand, a group about 1,000,000x as good as G-Unit. And to clarify I like old 50 and old Em. But I'm not a dickrider and I realize both new 50 and new Em suck. Em is a legend, but he fell off. 50 is not even close to a legend, but he used to be good.
