News 50 Cent Video Game Sequel Not Cancelled, Despite Reports

Sources close to Swordfish Studios have told GamesIndustry.biz that 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand has not been cancelled, despite internet rumours.

Blog Kotaku reported today that the sequel to the best-selling game has been shelved, and that the UK studio behind the title is to be sold off.

While new owner Activision Blizzard is currently considering divesting a number of studios it picked up when it merged with Vivendi Games, the videogame is close to completion and on track for release before Christmas.

A source said that the team is currently bug fixing and working long hours to finalise the title, and the studio is confident of a secure future in the industry.

They aint gonna cancel that shit, the first one sold alot, and this game will be better. So I think it will come out at some point, when they get shit straightened out with the companies and shit, merging shit. I'd check the game out, but I care more about the soundtrack and shit, if the shit didnt come out, atleast if they dropped a mixtape with all the new tracks I'd be cool with that.

When was the last time something was Cancelld that was Done by 50?

He can Buy Bushes Rights off and Sue Bush if he says something against him, haha..

Nothing Can Stop 50 on the Business Note, i am sure he is reciving 200 calls from different Game Companies as we speak(type), offering him a deal.
