"The energy was so crazy. I almost felt like I was Puerto Rican. I wanted to be Puerto Rican at that moment," gushed Tony Yayo.

The G-Unit member called Latina.com to share his thoughts on the hip-hop crew's surprise performance with Wisin y Yandel for their sold-out, pre-Puerto Rican Day parade concert at Madison Square Garden. 50 Cent and the whole G-Unit crew joined the boricua stars onstage to perform "Asi Soy," a remix of G-Unit's current radio hit "Rider Pt. 2" from their upcoming album, T.O.S.: Terminate on Sight (dropping July 1).

"The biggest part of the performance was when 50 and Wisin y Yandel put up the Puerto Rican flag," said Yayo. (see picture above) "Everyone went crazy!" To show their appreciation for the collabo, G-Unit also participated in the parade, lining up in 50's array of sports cars on a busy street along the Spanish Harlem route.

The collaboration with Wisin y Yandel excited Yayo, who said he's always been a fan of reggaeton and shouted out Tego Calderon as his favorite artist: "He's the 50 cent of reggaeton."

Yayo also showed thanks to Wisin y Yandel for scoring him some points with Latinas. Now, he has his very own Puerto Rican girlfriend, who he started dating shortly after the performance. As for high-profile chicas, Yayo confessed that he's always loved Eva Mendes and requested a Mendes look-alike to star in his "I Know You Don't Love Me" music video.

What's next, 50 singing a Spanish balada romantica? That would really win our hearts…G-UNIT!

tego calderon makes hit he the snoop in the 40s and always is high even tho he doesnt admits it but my bro daddy yankey is all about the money . tempo that just came out of jail is crazy at the mic he the banks of reggaeton baby rasta is like pap , arcangel is always in the beef and shit don omar is like wayne on everyones record compared to daddy yankey but more active , winsin y yandel is like outkast but more club banger style and hector el father , bambino and all those lil niggas is like the southern rappers with club bangers.
