The Game’s L.A.X. has been pushed back one week to July 15th. The third album from the Compton rapper had previously been scheduled for a July 8th release. Game will now go head-to-head with Nas’ untitled album on the 15th.

Your fukn slow....dawg I'm telln you it matters....a nas fan would buy games fan on any other day.....but if he's going against nas they won't cop it till mayb the next week....or mayb never....yea artist drop on the same date but not 2 top artist....that rarely happens....you see jaz-y z drop an album the same day as like chingy...but you rarely see jay-z drop against like t.I or 50 or ludacris or any rapper that sales a lot...artist know not 2 compete it hurts sales...like if snoop dropd by himself and not against ross he would've sold a lot more....

Its gonna hurt the first weeks sales for both artist...by atleast a couple thousand records.....

first of all kanye west went up against 50, they sold over 1.500 mill collectivly first week, game went up against akon last album release who had sold 3 million records on his first debut [akonm] and akon had a #1 smash hit with eminem and still game sold more then him first week, so unless you have some kind of evidence that this is going to hurt sales your just talking a whole lot of shit, you realy think people cant afford to spare another $13 if they want another c.d?

Ok you niggaz is right about tha jay z shit...but that was 2003 when albums were going platinum left and right...with the decrease in album sales...and the quality of music...you honestly think ppl are gonna go buy 2 albums when they are barely buying 1???

And that kanye and 50 shit only benifited because its was so much hoopla going on...rollin stone cover and the "clash of the titans" shit.....perfect example is their decrease in sales the next week....60 and 50% drop....

And another example is kingdome come blowing fat joe out the water....joe wouldn't of did that bad....it still would've flopd..

But you'll see...everyone is gonna make excuses on why they both had lower album sales the expected....

Everyone was talking shit about g-unit losing sales because they were gonna drop the same day as nas...but now that its game going against nas its nothing.....makes no sence....but we'll see...
