04/01/08 - Young Buck & Cashville Records "Product of the South" infos...
Product of the South has been pushed back a little bit, but don't worry we had
to get a few more features on there and add more songs cause we wanna give our fans what they want. It will be the hottest Album of the year so stay tuned for the new release date. So when is it droppin? I saw an add for the DVD in XXL, June 10th, it says the DVD will have videos and all that, plus it comes with a 6 track bonus disc from Cashville Records, probably a bunch of old shit. Album should bo hot, hottest album of the year, doubt that.

Dude, dont hate me, hate the Single not getitng any buz, that Dring down the Freeway single. Shit went nowhere, he had no Buzz, he was talking like he can drop an album and all...he cant,. 50 won, BUck Cant make it on his own...Damn, Is anybody from G unit gonna drop at least 1 gold album without 50?

na I think Buck can make it, maybe not to a high pedestal but to a decent level. Buck is my dude, but that single sucked imo. i was seriously disappointed with it. and if you think about it, he was too busy doin shit with G-Unit so he had no time to create more of buzz for that anyway. we'll see, but he is scheduled to go on that tour with his crew, so that means that album probably won't come out for a while. it's better this way for him though, because if the G-Unit album is successful it'll help people recognize him better for when he drops the Product of the South.

I'm sure it will be a hot album but i knew it wasn't goin to come out when he said it was...I think Buck might be able to make it on his own but not to the caliber he's thinkin.....hes def a nice rapper but he doesn't have the buzz yet needed to walk out of fif's shadow yet.......the only reason he's gotten as much exposure and good praise hes gotten so far is cuz of fif.....he could be one of the worst rappers around and he would still be gettin exposure and shit cuz he fucks wit fif.....i aint sayin he is or nothin but he wouldn't have anything he has today if it wasn't for him....so i think he should fall back wit this whole goin on his own shit and work on getting the exposure with fif by his side for a few more months if not a year.......who aggrees

I mean make it, as in be successfully. sell albums, clothes, watches, chicken. all the shit he doin, except not to a level like 50, T.I., etc. you can release more than one single. what I'm tryin to say is, his first single off that album isn't good enough imo. but that don't mean he can't and won't release another. 50 had like five singles before Curtis dropped.
