Jay-Z's Las Vegas 40/40 Club Fails Inspection

Perezhilton.com is reporting that Jay-Z's new 40/40 Club in Las Vegas has failed its initial inspection and is in danger of not opening as scheduled on December 30.

"Unless Jay-Z and his team miraculously come up with certain licenses and certificates by Sunday, then they won't be able to go on with their New Year's Eve party plans," a source familiar with the situation tells Perez.

The 40/40 Club would have to refund tickets for the club's opening on the 30th as well as tickets purchased for its inaugural New Year's Eve bash.

Just Found out that Clyde Carson From BWS was suposed to be Performing in 40/40 at 30th of Dec in Las Vegas..Shit, that would be a good promo for him...
