10/20/07 - 50 Cent steals the show at Powerhouse Concert in Philly last night!
Every year Philadelphia radio station Power 99 holds a concert event called “Powerhouse”. This years scheduled performers were Ne-Yo, Rihanna, Eve, Akon, Swizz Beatz, Soulja Boy, Cassidy, Trey Songz, Mario and Kanye West as the main attraction. So that’s what he thought! After Ne-Yo performed, Kanye was next, but concert goers were caught off-guard and pleasantly surprised when 50 Cent took the stage. It was crazy! People were going bananas trying to get close to the stage. The G-unit General said “Y’all doing a show with Kanye West as the headliner??? “ then he put on some white glasses, a tight shirt and told Whoo kid to drop it! 50 danced around the stage to “Stronger” while the audience laughed hysterically. Yayo fell to his stomach with laughter....Then 50 dropped “I Get Money” and the place went crazy! 50 had 20+ thousand people waving their hands...
I don’t know how Kanye followed that??? The buzz around Philly is that 50 stole the show...  That's payback for the 106 & Park stunt with JayI'm sure this will be on Youtube at some point. |

He was doing a favor for Cosmic Kev who is a Dj at Power 99. TI was suppose to make an appearance and we all know why he couldn't come, so he called 50. I'm sure Kanye was thrilled! :)

My Friend Went And Text Me And Told Me This And Told Me What Happened I Called Her Cellphone While She Was There,but 50 Was Off The Stage By Then And She Said 50 Was Acting Silly And Dancing,taking His Shirt Off And He Was Like Fuck Kanye And Kanye Was There Too Rofl,anyway She Said He Said He Love The Ladies And He Said He Wanna Fuck Lmao Damn Freak Rofl ;)~
And He Performed Alot Of His Songs And Did I Get Money And Threw Money In The Crowd Damn I Was Hype When I Heard He Was There. 50 Was The Surprise Guest Because T.i Was Suppose To Be There But We All Know He Was Arrested So 50 Stepped In And Took Time Out His Busy Schedule To Do That And That Was Nice Of Him Plus He Loves Philly Man ;)~ But Shes Gonna Tell Me More What Happened When She Gets Off WorK :)
