London, England (CNS) - Rapper 50 Cent and Justin Timberlake are set to perform a transatlantic duet at the 12th annual Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards to be held at London's O2 Arena on Sept 19, 2007. The two singers, who would be separated by thousands of miles on the day of the event, will be united by a video link to perform "Ayo Technology."

50 Cent, who has been nominated for Best Hip Hop act, would wow the audiences live while the "SexyBack" singer, who would be kept back from joining the event due to work commitments, would join him via a video link from the U.S.

"They're two of the biggest stars on the planet and are set to take the awards by storm," an industry insider told the Daily Mirror.

"It promises to be the performance of the night," the source added.

The MOBO Awards are held annually in the U.K. to recognize artists of any race, ethnicity, or nationality performing music of black origin.
