Hip Hop at it's Greatest
Power 106 kicked off summer with Powerhouse 2007! Saturday's Powerhouse was Hip Hop at its greatest!

Powerhouse is known throughout the industry as hip-hop's premiere event of the west coast and this year didn't disappoint. MIMS kicked off the show with Baby Cham and Junior Reid. Power kept the party rollin' with Lil' Wayne, Birdman and Lloyd. Bow Wow rocked it with Omarion and T.I. featured the Shop Boyz. Atlanta native Ludacris brought down the house with special appearances from Chingy, Bobby Valentino, Jamie Foxx and Fergie. Fergie rocked the mic and the crowd with her hit "Glamourous". West coast favorites, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, showed everyone why LA loves Bone. Special guest Akon finished his performance across town at the Gwen Stefani concert and drove to the Honda Center to join Bone on stage.
Powerhouse conclued with hometown headliner, The Game. The stage was barely big enough to accomodate Game's entourage, with his surprise special guests: Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound, Busta Rhymes, WC and Kanye West!

Power 106 offered Long Beach native, Ricardo Galeano, the chance to propose onstage to his longtime girlfriend, Elizabeth Valdivia. Robbins Brothers, The World's Biggest Engagement Ring Store provided the rings!

Alright, i'll give a full review of Game while he was on stage. Some one from Power 106 came out and said Game was arrested last night and there was a good chance Game woundnt make it, then they say he just got bailed out a few hours earlier. All of a sudden Game comes out in his L.A County jumpsuit and handcuffs. Crowd goes crazy and he rips the jail suit off. I think he starts with 1 blood to get things started, then he brings out W.C and Omar Cruz they play the Powerhouse Athem, then W.C and Game did "Westcoast Voodo". Then Game does Compton and "Woudnt Get Far" and Kanye West comes out, Kanye even played his new single. Game then talks about bringin more people out. The music to "Bang" comes on and Daz n Kurupt run out. They perform "Bang" and "Anybody Killa" Then Snoop comes out and they parform "Gangbangin 101" along with "California Vacation" Game finished the right with "Lets Ride". Overall it was a great concert alot of Specail Geust like: Shop Boyz, Fergie, Kanye, Bobby V, Chingy, Akon and probbly alot more. T.I and Game did the best performence.

Edit: Also i wanted to add the Game put on a "50 Cent is My friend" T shirt and evryone booed, he said "What yall dont like 50?" Evryone booed agin. He then brought out someone in a Gorilla suit and they played Amusement park while the gorilla was dancing, then a bunch of little kids came out and started beating him up. Also during "How We do" Game brought out his son and his son did 50 Verses!! It was sick the little kid was singing the hook and he did one of 50's Verses!@!! Greeat Fuckin Concert!

Dam thats pretty sad. He really cant get off 50's dick. Its been years now, nobody cares about this anymore, I dont see why he cant move on. 50 making 100's of millions now, what is GAme doing? He still hasnt dropped any of his artists albums, he has no real label, he cant do shows now without doing corny gay ass shit. I guess he doesnt feel like just doing his music is enuff to keep people talking about him, he has to dress up people like monkeys and do dumb shit to get people talking. Cant say I'm surprised.
