06/23/07 - Mariah Carey tries to stop new Eminem album

According to reports, controversial 8 mile rapper Eminem is set to release new album but singer Mariah Carey wants to block it.

Apparently, Eminem real name Marshall Mathers the 3rd,was inspired by his brief and steamy affair with the curvy singer for some tracks on his new album and Mariah was so horrified by this, she begged with label bosses to stop those tracks.

An OK! magazine source says, “There is more than one track that goes into really specific, intimate detail about what went on between Em and Mariah. She wishes she could sue Eminem for slander. But it’s his freedom of speech.”

Earlier this year, Mariah Carey told Playboy magazine that she did not have an affair with Eminem and that she thinks he has an obession with her. “Something is clearly askew with him. I’m curious as to why he’s so obsessed with me.”
