According to MediaTakeout.com, R&B crooner Akon, maybe charge with attempting murder due to body slam fan offstage.

Sources stated that a fan happen to throw something on stage, the R&B singer sensation called out the fan that threw the debris onstage.
When the fan came close to the stage he grabbed him and body slammed him off the stage. The young man that was throwing off stage suffers numerous injuries.

MediaTakeout.com spoke with a staff off the Fishkill Police Department and they claim to be a possibility of an attempted murder charge.

Also, with an exclusive interview, the insider stated information about an internal investigation regarding the incident.

In a result of the investigation the insider stated that "Most people thought that what Akon did to the fan was an assault - possibly aggravated assault.

But thought that it would be more appropriate to charge him with Attempted Murder... After some discussion, most of the people in the room agreed with that a charge of Attempted Murder may be warranted."

One, they will do what they want, and second, he picked him up on his shoulders, and tossed him off the stage to the ground, the kid could have landed on his neck and been killed or paralized for real, now I dont see him being charged with Atempet Murder cause I dont think they can prove he tried to kill him, nor do I think he tried too, but it def is an assault, he could do time, and def will be sued for millions.
