Black Wall Street Juice's first mixtape release, "The New Breath of The West Coast" which was scheduled for release today, has been pushed back.

The mixtape, which has since been referenced as The West Coast version of Trap or Die will be deferred due to legality issues. The legality issues, which can not be released in detail relate to the extremely high demand of the mixtape.

The top concern relates to a previous event, which changed the pace of the music industry.

Juice had this to say regarding the push back, "It's an unfortunate situation, but can't nobody hold me back. Next week I'll be dropping another track from The New Breath of the West Coast, and I'll have an update regarding the mixtape."

The Manhattan Beach, California-based shoe manufacturer said fourth-quarter net income more than doubled to $5.9 million, or 14 cents per share, from $2.1 million, or 5 cents per share, in the year-earlier period.The results met the average estimate of four analysts polled by Reuters Estimates.

The company, whose brands include Michelle K, Marc Ecko Footwear, 310 and the up market Mark Nason line in addition to Skechers, said net sales grew about 8 percent to $223.5 million, compared with $206.5 million in the year-earlier quarter.
During the fourth quarter, the company launched its Kitson line of footwear and a sneaker called the Hurricane by 310, co-branded with rapper " ".

Gross margin in the fourth quarter was 41.6 percent, up from 39.7 percent in the year-ago quarter. The company cited cost management on the expense and operational sides of the business.Skechers said it sees first quarter of 2006 sales in the range $270 million to $280 million, and earnings per share in the range of 29 cents to 34 cents.

Four analysts on average were expecting sales of $269 million while three analysts on average were looking for earnings of 29 cents per share.

Skechers shares rose 50 cents, or 2.5 percent, to $20.50 on the Inet electronic brokerage.

yes, by the way it could have something to do with high demand. On sohh.com, a credible news source, it said juice had sold over 250,000 copies to stores. That doesn't mean 250,000 people are gonna buy those cds, but im sure he didnt think the stores would buy that much. So, after making the deals he was obligated to get them their cds and probably enough werent pressed yet.
