In this week's Hip Hop & R&B charts, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony debut on top, Bobby Valentino follows close behind and Ne-Yo slides.

Debuting at No. 2 on the charts this week is Bone Thugs N-Harmony with their seventh group album titled Strength and Loyalty. The album, which features appearances from Mariah Carey, Twista and Akon, scans 119,500 discs in its opening week.

Right behind them is Bobby Valentino entering the charts at No. 3. Special Occasion, which features appearances from Fabolous, Timbaland and Ludacris , shelves off 92,000 CDs in its first week. [Watch SOHH's Bobby V TV Here]

Ne-Yo, who debuted at No. 1 last week, slips four slots to No. 4. Because Of You shifts 88,900 discs in its second week. So far the album has sold a total of 340,600 copies.

Sliding one spot to No. 12 is Akon. Konvicted continues to keep cash registers ringing as it moves 38,100 units this week. The album's tally stands at 2,312,500.

Also going down a step is Amy Winehouse at No. 14. Back To Black shells out 35,600 discs this week, bringing the album's total sales to 366,400 after nine weeks.

Robin Thicke floats a level up to No. 16. Evolution Of Robin Thicke has moved 1,076,840 copies thus far, with 31,100 representing the week-in total.

Holding on to the No. 18 spot is Fergie. 27,100 folks picked up Dutchess this week, pushing the album's tally to 1,870,960.

Justin Timberlake moves four steps to No. 17. Future Sex/Love Sounds sells 27,000 more discs in its 35th week on the charts. To date, the Memphis bred crooner has sold a total of 3,227,800 copies.

Six slots below is Beyonce at No. 25. B'Day is still a proving to be a hot seller as it rings out 23,200 copies this week. The total for the album reads off at 2,667,500.

Debuting at No, 26 is Dipset A&R DukeDaGod's More Than Music Volume 2. The compilation, which features all of The Diplomats affiliates, including Cam'ron, Jim Jones and Juelz Santana, pushes 23,000 copies in its opening week.

Joss Stone slithers three spots down to No. 27. Introducing Joss Stone lugs in 22,940 units this week. So far, the album has sold a total of 352,700 copies.

Taking five steps up the ladder to No, 5 is Musiq Soulchild. Luvanmusiq sells 21,000 copies this week. The album has brought in a total of 363,000 after nine weeks on the charts.

R&B crooner Joe plummets twenty spots to No. 34. Ain't Nothing Like Me shifts 20,600 discs this week, bringing the album's total to 152,300.

Posted at No. 37 is Corrine Bailey Rae. Her self titled album bags 20,000 units this week. To date, the album has sold a total of 1,493,000 copies.

The Dreamgirls soundtrack leaps five spots to No.39. The CD has sold 993,200 copies thus far, with 19,000 representing the week-in total.

Nose-diving fourteen floors to No. 40 is Timbaland. Shock Value only nets 18,800 copies this week. After 6 weeks on the charts, the album's tally stands at 310,300.

Also dropping drastically is Murder Inc's Lloyd who falls fifteen spots to No. 46. Street Love reins in 16,100 copies this week, pushing the album's total to 370,700.

Paul Wall's steady decline on the charts continues as he falls five slots to No. 50 this week. Get Money, Stay True hustles 13,100 copies in its sixth week on the charts. Thus far, the album's tally stands at 203,500.

The grind keeps getting get uglier for Young Buck as he plunges fourteen spots to No. 52 . Buck The World reels in 12,700 copies this week, bringing the album's total to 300,700 copies.

Further down the totem pole, MIMS staggers eleven spots to No. 71. Music Is My Savior sold 10,000 copies this week, pushing its tally to 197,800. Young Jeezy keeps on pushing despite slipping five spots to No. 77. The Inspiration scans 9,400 discs this week . To date the album has sold 1,050,500 copies. Ciara trips ten slots to No. 89. Evolution shells out 8,600 copies this week, bringing the album's total to 1,151,900. Rich Boy free-falls thirty spots to No. 92 this week. His self titled album has moved 289,200 copies thus far, with 8,600 representing the week-in total. Wrapping things up is Fantasia who makes an amazing leap from No. 112 to No. 93. Her self titled album shifts 8,500 units this week, bringing her album's total to 372,500.
